Happy days, fermentation trotting along very nicely on our new Lluvia Azul NEIPA. The New England iPA style is described by words such as juicy and tropical because the of the type of hops used and the dryhop schedules used. The result is a delicious hazy concoction perfect for summer! Or anytime really…. Using hops is like cooking: you have to keep tasting to see what works and what doesn’t. In Lluvia Azul we are trying out three different combinations, one with Nugget and Chinook, one with added coriander and one with added geranium leaves. Yep, I am very curious about that last one as well 😉
Few days left in fermentation and then we’ll bottle! Can’t wait.
